Mr. James Mathew is a renowned financial practitioner in the audit, advisory & consulting space in the UAE, backed by almost 30 years of experience and profound expertise in the workings of diverse industries. Currently, Mr. James Mathew is the CEO & Managing Partner of UHY James (Chartered Accountants & Management Consulting) - an independent member firm of UHY International - in the UAE. James has built immense credibility within the industry, in a career spanning almost three decades. He has led from the front in the incorporation of more than 3000 local and international companies in the UAE – playing a pivotal part in helping initiate the entrepreneurial journey for local and global investors across the region.

Eminent positions held in the UAE:

• Serving as Audit Committee Chairman of a leading healthcare Group with a robust presence in the MENA and Asia Pacific region.
• Elected twice into the Board of IBPC and served as Secretary General for the term (2015 – 2017).
• Elected Chairman of Dubai Chapter of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the term (2012-13)
• Served on the Board of Assessors of Mohammad Bin Rashid Business Awards for 5 consecutive years.
