Kunal Wadhwani is the CHRO of Choithrams. He handles the management of business portfolios which includes over 4500 employees, across the GCC Region.
With 20+ years of expertise in HR management for large & medium enterprises, including regional operations, Kunal has a solid track record of building HR Functions & Teams from ground up, leading to an organization of 4.5k+ and bolstering retention, engagement & performance. He has worked for a broad range of sectors - FMCG - Retail - BFSI - ITES - Aviation – BPO.
Kunal is a strategic thinker & thought leader who influences and advises leaders as business partner, fueling positive organizational development and high performing culture. He has coached and supervised Team Members and Regional Managers (across GCC) to execute initiatives associated to the corporate budget. Previously, he has worked at organizations like TCS and Accelya Group.
Kunal completed his Bachelors and his MBA in HR from the University of Mumbai and pursued multiple higher degrees in Human Resource from The George Washington University.
