Sanjeev Pradhan Roy is a Senior HR leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of professional experience, and 15+ years in talent acquisition remits globally across MNCs, large local Groups, JV International Projects and Consulting. Roy is the Founder of Team One, an Executive Search firm in Dubai.
Currently, Roy is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Galadari Group, Dubai. Previously, he has worked with top organizations like Emaar, Al Faraa, Manpower and Pidilite.
Roy is passionate about leveraging technology to create the best employee and business outcomes, and is responsible for working closely with the SLT & Board for strategy & delivery across sectors/regions for his organization.
Roy completed his Executive Education from the Columbia Business School and holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from GIM. He earned his Bachelors in Business Studies and Economics from Delhi University. Roy is a Certified NLP Practitioner.
