Currently, he leads the people strategy (human resources) for the international business at Zee Entertainment. He has a background in media entertainment, consumer goods & hi-tech semiconductor industry.
He brings ability to drive strategic alignment in complex global organizations to advance the talent agenda, build organizational capability & manage change.
He has led high performance people strategy during periods of rapid growth and declining sales, delivering on customer & stakeholders’ commitments across multiple regions including Middle East, Egypt. Tunisia, Nigeria. South Africa, USA, Canada, UK, Russia, Germany, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, India & Pakistan.
Rahul has proven experience in building talent and culture in culturally diverse environments, translating conceptual models into growth strategies earning significant achievements like Best Workplaces in UAE, 2021, Best Workplaces in Asia, 2021 for his organization.Previously, he held lead people strategy at Dabur International, Britannia Industries, STMicroelectronics & HCL.
Rahul is a Chartered Fellow from CIPD, UK & MBA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations with numerous higher certifications from international bodies.
